Store Policy
Please contact me by email in order to purchase and schedule shipping (a flat rate of $50). I will ship within the continental US only. The buyer must be available to receive the gecko at the time it is delivered. If the buyer is not present on the first attempt, the guarantees below are void. I ship through "Ship Your Reptiles" overnight on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. All geckos come with a 7 day health guarantee and live arrival guarantee. The buyer must contact me via email within 1 hour of delivery or these guarantees are void. I can hold for proper shipping weather as long as necessary and I will not ship until temperatures are safe on both ends (no higher than 85*F and no lower than 40*F). No refunds other than under the circumstances mentioned above, so please contact me with any questions if you aren't totally certain about a purchase. Payment plans are not available at this time.
