Store Policy
We accept several forms of payment for your convenience. I accept PayPal friends and fam, google pay, zelle, cashapp, Facebook pay, Apple Pay and square . We do not accept echeck and if you send PayPal echeck it will be returned and you’ll have to complete your purchase another way.
We guarantee that your dragons will arrive to you alive and healthy. If a dragon arrives dead, or you have any concerns about its health, contact us immediately. To maintain this guarantee you must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt and notify us immediately of any problems. We cannot guarantee the well being of any dragon that is left outside in the elements or returned to the shipping truck because no one was available to receive the package. We do not require that you sign for the package. The reason is that the delivery person often will not ask for a signature, even if asked to on the shipping label. The time of delivery is recorded by Fedex, so we ask that you call immediately if you experience any problems.
We do not guarantee sex of any animal of any species under 6 months of age, however we are usually very accurate sexing at a young age.
We provide a 7 day health guarantee on our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed. We require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not doing well and before you take any actions. A photo of your animals home may be requested if a health issue arises. You must notify us immediately if you feel your animal is experiencing a health issue or you are concerned for any reason. DO NOT TAKE THE ADVICE OF OTHERS OR AN INTERNET SEARCH ENGINE. If you have followed ALL instructions and the animal is still not thriving, We will send you a replacement animal. If that is not possible a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the situation, after the animal in question has been promptly returned. If you chose to co-habitat your new animal, any guarantee or return is VOID.
BlueStar Beardies reserves the right to withhold parent photos. This is proprietary information and falls under Trade Secret. We will provide full genetic information for each animal retailed directly from us.
We do our best to take photos in different lights and situations to represent our animals in a fair way. We do not use any photo altering or enhancing methods. Any nip at time of ad will be notated and listed. BlueStar Beardies cannot guarantee final color, size, or look of your animal. Many factors determine an animal's outcome; including but not limited to environment, lighting, heat, feeding, and stress. Upon arrival your dragon may be slightly darker or lighter than in the original picture for a few days, this is due to stress from shipping, temperature change during shipping and being in a new environment that it’s never seen before. Please allow a few days to two weeks to allow your dragon to settle and return to normal color and habits.
I don't ship in temperatures that exceed 90 degrees or fall below 30 at the connecting hub... but we will take the animals to the hub in the evening and the owner picks up on the FedEx hub near them I can make arrangements. We ship with cool or heat packs depending on season to keep the box at a comfortable temperature for your animal.
I will put an animal ON HOLD if the amount exceeds $500 with deposit of 50% of the total. Until I get a deposit the animal will remain available to sell to the next in line. Payments or deposits on animals ON HOLD or SOLD are non-refundable. Animal will not be shipped until paid in full.
28 days is the maximum payment plan amount and any dragon not paid off before 28 days forfeits 50% of their deposit and the rest will be refunded. You have up to 1 year to still use your deposit towards a dragon, but no payment plans will be offered to anyone who has abused them in the past (at my discretion). If you pay your dragon off but need me to hold the dragon an extra 1-4 weeks, we can arrange it for a $10 per week fe
