We have been in business and successfully breeding boas, and only boas, since 2007. We truly believe that a reputation takes a lifetime to build, but it can take mere minutes to be destroyed. We are always happy to help our customers with any and all questions or issues years after the purchase. Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Our prices always include FedEx shipping fees to the continental United States, and local (within 100 miles of Chicago, IL) buyers will get a small discount if they would like for us to deliver the boa in person.
We are a FedEx Certified Shipper and we ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your nearest FedEx hub for the safety of the animal. We currently prefer to ship to your nearest hub due to potential FedEx delivery delays because of Covid-19. We will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you want to have the animal shipped to your home or business, live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is present to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt and the boa is successfully delivered on this first attempt. We will not ship until we confirm the order with you via email and confirm that you will have someone to receive your new boa.
We can export to Canada as well, please inquire with us before purchase for shipping costs and details.
We only ship if temperatures are above 45 degrees and below 90 degrees during the entire transport of the animal. We reserve the right to delay shipment if temperature or other conditions are not suitable for the safe transfer of the boa being shipped.
We have been safely and properly shipping boas for over 15 years without any DOA’s, so our top priority is ensuring that the animal arrives in perfect condition. If a boa arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal. We must be notified immediately if a boa is DOA.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, credit cards processed through PayPal, personal checks and Postal Money orders.
Returning customers always get discounted prices of at least 10% off of their purchase, and discounts are given for multiple purchases.
Payment plans are accepted with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price and the remaining balance must be paid within 3 months. When you make a deposit, we will put the boa on hold on MorphMarket as well as on our website. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless we decide to not sell the boa or the boa dies before final payment, at which point the entire amount that you have paid will be returned, including the deposit. If you no longer want the animal once you have made a deposit and/or payments, only payments that have been made can be applied to a different animal that we have available, your deposit will be forfeited. Unless otherwise stated above, there are NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not enter into an agreement for our payment plan if you do not accept these conditions.
GUARANTEES AND OTHER INFO:

By putting a deposit down or purchasing any animal you are agreeing to our terms of service outlined on this page.
All animals are feeding on F/T unless otherwise stated. We guarantee that the boa is the exact boa as advertised and it will be correctly sexed. We also guarantee that the boa will voluntarily feed if given the proper environment to do so. We will provide a birth certificate with each boa purchase which contains a numbered birth certificate with a picture of the boa purchased, pictures of the parents and grandparents (if available), and any known information about their genetics. We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and in good health as long as the buyer receives the shipment in a timely manner (please read above). Upon arrival, we ask that you check the boa to make sure there are no visible issues. In case of death or sickness on arrival, the animal will be either replaced (if a replacement animal is available) or the purchase price will be refunded.
We offer a 7-day health guarantee, and any health issues must be reported immediately within those 7 days. After the 7-day period we will assist you the best we can to help you with any issues that arise but we are not responsible for any cost that is incurred by the current owner. These are exotic animals and things can go wrong without warning, so please understand this before purchasing.
We are always here to help with any issues or questions that you may have at any point while you raise your boa. If you are a new boa owner, please do the necessary research for proper care before making a purchase. We also are more than happy to help you if you have any questions before making a purchase.
