Store Policy
We ship on Tuesdays & Wednesdays priority overnight via Redline/FedEx. We 100% guarantee live arrival on all animal shipments. We will ship to your local FedEx hub if temps are below 55F or above 90F. We will NOT ship if temps are below 40F or above 99F. A safe shipping date will be determined weather permitting. We always add heat/cold packs accordingly and pack our animals with extreme care. Buyers are responsible to know their temperatures and request shipping accordingly.
We are not responsible for your animal 30 minutes of you receiving it. Please let us know immediately if there are any issues upon delivery, or health concerns.
We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx. That being said, we monitor all shipments hourly, and work with FedEx and Redline to try and make sure your package is safe and kept in the appropriate temperatures in the event of a delay.
LOCAL PICKUP: All animals are to be paid off prior to meeting. We will schedule a time and place to meet that’s convenient for both parties.
All transactions are done via Zelle, Square, cash, and we take all major Credit/Debit cards over the phone. WE NO LONGER ACCPET PAYPAL & VENMO.
3% is automatically added to the total to cover fees unless paid with Zelle.
