Deposits/Short Term Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for purchases of $500 or more. A *non-refundable* deposit is required to hold an animal or group of animals. If there are any problems with the snake before the ship-date, you will be refunded in full.
Live Arrival Guarantee: Guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed when delivered on time by FedEX (hub to hub only). Late arrival insurance is available. (Just ask for a quote). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Animals will only be shipped with night temperatures above 40 and day temperatures below 90. Shipping is on Tuesday or Wednesday ONLY. Shipping will be done through FedEx Next Day Air via SYRs or Delta Dash is available for an extra fee.
