Store Policy
I only will ship to your closest FedEx hub, no exceptions. Live animal arrival only guaranteed if you pick up on the day it arrives at FedEx, no exceptions. All FedEx locations that offer "Dangerous goods shipping" can receive live animal shipments. If there are any issues with the condition of animal(s) please notify me within 24 hours of receipt via phone, text or email. All my animals are sexed via probing and sex is guaranteed. If there are any discrepancies regarding sexing I must be notified within 60 days of receiving animal ( video of probing is appreciated ) & I will facilitate the return shipment of the animal and a full refund.
I will only hold animal(s) for 30 days with a 25% down non-refundable deposit on purchases $750.00 & over. No exceptions.
