Payments are accepted through PayPal. Cash only for local sales.
Please message me before sending a deposit or you may be subject to any fees that I am charged to give you a refund (PayPal charges fees for sales even if the money is refunded).
All sales are done through email or private messages only.
To protect my animals, I have a no returns policy, Because I don’t know what my animals are exposed to after leaving my care.
All animal sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.
*Shipping / Guarantees
Shipping is available to the continental 48 United States and a few other countries.
Shipping is done through Reptiles2you FedEx Priority Overnight Monday-Wednesday with arrival Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping prices can range from $25 to over $68, so please contact me with your zip code for a shipping quote.
Depending on your location Packages normally arrive by 10:30am in most areas, however, some areas can be late afternoon. If you are unable to wait an entire day, holding for pick up at your local FedEx hub is also an option. I will not be held responsible for any issues or delays with the carrier. I will include a heat pack or cool pack. Local Pickup is also Available.
I guarantee live arrival and a 7-day health guarantee. If for some reason your gecko arrives dead (DOA), I will reimburse you the cost of the gecko or another gecko if possible. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of new gecko. A current address must be given, and someone must be available to accept the package upon the FIRST delivery attempt. If no one is there to receive the package, or the driver is unable to obtain a signature (if required), my guarantee will be null and void. Please contact me within 1 hour of delivery.
Crested geckos can drop their tail at any given time, therefore tail loss is NOT covered.
Once the animal is in the buyer’s hands, it's health and well-being are beyond my control. I will not be held responsible for sickness or any other issues that happen in the buyer’s care. Gecko(s) leave my care healthy and free of any issues.
*Color/Sex
I do not guarantee color. Unless it’s an adult and therefore would be shown in pictures very well. In the case of a hatchling/juvenile they will change. I do my best to sex animals accurately before listing, I do not guarantee the sex of a gecko unless it is stated Male or Female. Terms stated unsexed, possible female, probable female, no pores seen, pores seen, etc. Is not a guarantee of sex.
