Store Policy

By purchasing a gecko from me you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment:
Paypal and venmo are our preferred payment options.
Holds:
A gecko will be held for a minimum of $50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. A deposit needs to be sent over before gecko is considered on hold. The deposit to hold a gecko is non-refundable, but is transferable to another gecko. Geckos placed on hold will be held until temperatures reach between 40 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Shipping:
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states and only Mondays-Wednesdays to avoid geckos being left at any hub over the weekend.
We ship Fed Ex overnight which is the fastest shipping available to ensure safe arrival of your gecko so please understand the shipping rate of $50 and up depending on your location from us. Geckos will only ship between temperatures of 40-80 degrees at either end to guarantee a safe arrival.
Buyer Responsibilities:
The buyer must provide a shipping address and the preferred shipping date during checkout or immediately after.
The buyer must have someone available to physically receive the animal upon delivery and must also contact us by message, email or phone within 30 minutes after delivery to let us know the condition of the gecko upon arrival. All geckos come with a 7 day health guarantee for your money back in the event of a death or illness. Both of which will need to be proven. However, all guarantees are void if the aforementioned 30 minute requirement is not met.
Buyer must also be fully educated on the care for these geckos. One quick google search will get you all you need.
Not covered:
Tail loss in the event of a stressful shipment, any injury after arrival, shipment delays, poor care.
