$60 flat rate shipping
The health and safety of our animals is our #1 priority!
We guarantee the animal is in perfect health, proper age, and eating unassisted and routinely. we do not ship out any animals untill they have had at least 4-6 unassisted meals and are gaining weight properly.
We do accept 30 day holds with a 25% non refundable deposit.
We accept payment plans on animals over $300 with a 25% non refundable deposit.
Weather is a very important factor when shipping a live animal. We WILL NOT ship if the temperatures are below 38 degrees Fahrenheit or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit. We will also not ship if there is major storms or delays through the shipping company to ensure the safety of the animal.
If being shipped directly to a shipping hub you must pick the animal up within an hour of being delivered. If being delivered directly to your home you must contact us within an hour of delivery if there are any issues with the animal.
If you receive an animal that is the incorrect sex please contact us within 48 hours and we will discuss a solution.
DOA's - If anything ever happens and you receive an animal DOA we MUST have video/ picture evidence and be contacted within 30 minutes of the animals arrival/unboxing to discuss possible solutions and options.
