Store Policy
Summer time policy- Hub to hub shipment only unless otherwise discussed, my hub, middle hub and your hub MUST be under 90 degrees for me to ship. Which means in the summer I will hold animals till weather permits and would appreciate your patience during that time as the animals safety is my biggest concern. No refunds will be given if you choose to not wait for better weather if we have to wait to ship.

We accept paypal friends and family, zelle, apple pay or Venmo
We ship Monday-Thursday through FedEx. We guarantee Live arrival To a FedEx hub only and the animal must be picked up within 5 hrs of delivery to hub.
Shipping is a flat of $70 unless you purchase a adult.
Payment plans are available for purchases $500+ are 30 days and 60 days for large orders ($1500+) A 25% non-refundable down payment is required for all plans
All animals are feeding on rat pups and mice. Each animal come with a 7 day health guarantee any issues arising after 7 days but within 30 days will be handled on an individual basis
*Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. We are all human. We make mistakes. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
In the event of multi-gene combos proving to be something less than what is advertised, we will offer compensation in the form of another animal or a discount towards a future purchase. Sometimes with multi-gene animals it can be very difficult to understand exactly what is in the mix.
All military will receive 10% off with proof of ID
ID must match receivers shipping information.
