I take pride in raising these snakes on frozen-thawed rodents in order to provide the best opportunity for a reliable transition from my environment to yours. You are free to offer them any diet that suits you, but I will always recommend continuing to offer the food they are used to eating until you are confident that they have established themselves properly. I am not interested in exporting out of the US at this time. I do not accept payment plans or deposits. Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday year-round, subject to weather conditions. Please understand that I may delay shipping if weather reports indicate high risks at any point in the shipping route. Packages will be held at FedEx Ship Centers for pickup. This is known as HAL (hold at location) shipping service.

Buyer obligations required for all guarantees:
1. Package must be received by the buyer at a FedEx Ship Center on the same day it arrives.
2. Contact the seller within one hour of receiving the package and indicate any concerns.
3. Provide good quality photographs or video of the animal and packaging. Proof of animal’s length and weight measurement may be required.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Full refund or replacement if the animal is proven to be dead on arrival.
Exactly As Described Guarantee:
Full refund or replacement upon safe and prompt return of the animal, at buyer’s expense, if buyer receives an animal other than described in this invoice except for incorrect sex. Return shipping is non-refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for incorrect sex claims. No health guarantees beyond time of arrival. Buyer is welcome to request proof of listing description before purchase.
