Store Policy
First come, first serve, but should you choose to ghost me during our transaction, there is no guarantee the animal you were inquiring about will be waiting for you. I will wait 12 hours for confirmation that you wish to place a deposit or purchase the animal you’re inquiring about. No animal will be considered on hold without a deposit.
~ Payment Plans ~
50% non-refundable deposit required for animals $250 and up.
30 days to pay off animals ranging $250- $450
60 days to pay off animals $500+.
Anything under $250 is to be paid in full.
We accept payment in the form of Zelle (preferred), Venmo, PayPal, and Square / Afterpay )NEW!).
For PayPal, we prefer you send funds via Family & Friends (“someone you trust”). However, we understand if you prefer adding payment protection to your purchase, especially if you haven’t done business with us before. In the case of PayPal payment via Goods & Services, we will tack on 3% to your total to cover the fees that PayPal will take out on our end for payment protection.
If you are using Square/Afterpay attached to a debit or credit card, we will also tack on 3% to your total to cover the card fees.
DOA policy:
In the event of your animal being DOA, we will request video confirmation. Once confirmed, we can: A) offer an animal of equal value or animals adding up to equal value of the one lost, or B) issue a refund for the cost of the gecko only. We do not refund shipping. However, we can offer the shipping cost in the form of store credit towards another animal you may desire in the future.
We require photo or video confirmation of live arrival within 1 hour of pick up. Failure to do so will result in our DOA policy being void.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
