* ADDITIONAL PICTURES/VIDEOS - All our ads have at least one picture of the exact animal listed. Request for additional photos/videos will be honored once an agreement is in place to purchase - We will no longer stress the collection or our time for first inquiry, Thank you for understanding!
GUARANTEE - ALL animals I have available for sale or trade will come with a guarantee. Guarantee means animals will be PROPERLY SEXED, possess the GENES that are stated - unless it is a possible HET (100% HETS will come with signed paperwork by myself) and LIVE ARRIVAL.
PAYMENT - I accept cash, cash + trades - Only interest is in Boa Imperator. Payment sent through PayPal, Venmo
I always offer discounts for straight pay and repeat customers. Straight pay is 10% off listed price (purchase above $500), Repeat customers 10% off listed price and repeat customers plus straight pay 15% off listed price (purchase above $500 without shipping charge).
I am very flexible with payments, if you need a layover payment plan please let me know what works best for you - I have not turned down a payment plan yet but please do not be the first one; keep it realistic. Up to a year with monthly payments can be done if the value is $5000+. 6 months with monthly payments for a $3000+ value can be done. What can’t be done is a 6 month plan for a value of $500. Hope this helps! Your animal(s) will be kept the same way the rest of my collection is kept while you are paying them off. I do not cut back on feed to save a few dollars. I will send updated photos/videos at every payment received and upon request.
Please provide hard dates to send payments. It is your responsibility to disclose any potential issues regarding payment, again I am very flexible. If no communication has transpired from you a week past the payment dates specified you are forfeiting your invested monies and the animal(s) will be made available once again. If there is no way around fulfilling our agreement of sale then the monies that were invested can be transferred to another animal within 1 year of original agreement of sale - this can only be transferred to animals I have for sale and to only one animal, I must have an ad out for that animal to be deemed available. *It is solely my decision to accept your new transaction, to purchase another animal with existing monies you put down on a previous purchase that defaulted.*
SHIPPING - Shipping is a flat 100.00 unless stated otherwise.
NO shipping until purchases are paid in full.

I do not beat around the bush when it comes to shipping, it is very costly but I respect my animals and customers. I hold a perfect track record and plan to keep it that way.
Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday through Ship Your Reptiles/Fed Ex, priority overnight. Value of package $500 or greater will be INSURED, yes I will cover the cost. Ship date will be determined by both parties once paid in full. If for any reason you cannot be available to receive shipment please let me know right away. I Drop packages off at my local airport (40mi trip one way!) between 7-8pm so there is plenty of time.
After I create the shipping label I will send you a picture of it to verify all shipping/receiving information is correct. If you agree all shipping/receiving information is correct and the package ends up somewhere you thought you were going to be but you weren't, my live arrival guarantee is void. I require signatures for drop off so please be present. If you cannot be present to receive then my live arrival guarantee is void.
REFUNDS - ALL sales are final unless one of my guarantees fail. Guarantees are void after first 48hrs of buyers physical possession. If any of my guarantees from above fail, I ask to please send the animal back to me. I will setup the shipping and cover the cost. You must pay for the return shipment until I assess the claim, if I was in the wrong I will pay you back the shipping. Once the animal is back in my possession and I have proven your claim to be true, I will offer you another animal of same caliber, project, etc. or cash back. Please allow 15 business days for cash refunds. If the claim is determined incorrect I will return the animal back after both return labels have been paid for by you. It is in my sole discretion to determine if a claim is correct or not. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO DO THIS :)
