DOA policy:
I require that you are present to receive the package with the Animal(s) If there’s a DOA you have to let me know within 20 minutes of arrival, and I need photo and video proof and preferably a unboxing video.
I will provide a full refund of the animal(s) price.
If you prefer I can also send you a replacement animal.
There are no returns!
Payment can be made with PayPal, Cash app, and Venmo

Pick-up:
I also accept local pickup in Plymouth MA and there is no refunds, I will meet you in a public area/place and give you the animal.
Shipping: I ship Via Reptiles2you, FedEx overnight priority.
Shipping is usually 40-80 dollars depending where you are located, To get the shipping price send me your zip code, then we set up a shipping date that works for you and me!
Checking/confirming:
I will check to make sure that you have proper care for all the animal(s), if I feel uncomfortable selling you a animal I will not sell it to you.
Hold/reserve :
I can hold on to a animal for you long as you make at least a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit,
and the rest once we agree on the shipping date.
If I try to contact you for a week and you don’t reply I will re-list the animal
Payment plan:
If you you are doing a payment plan, the rules are different! I will hold on the the animal(s) until you make all the payments, and the animal is fully paid for, then I will ship them out. The amount of time depends on case by case!
Sexing, Genetics and Age,
I guantee the Sex, morph and age of the animal UNLESS LISTED OTHERWISE.
If the animal is listed as a Female and the description says that it’s not 100% that means that there’s no guantee on the sex of the animal, However, I do try my best to make sure that the animal you get is the gender you want.
