Store Policy
DISPENSING CONDITIONS!!!
1. EU law requires that even private individuals must give a warranty or exchange right of one year, unless you explicitly exclude this, which I hereby do.
2. Exchange or return is not possible for the protection of my stock
3. All animals to be given away are feed-proof and are in perfect condition, free from externally recognizable diseases or defects. For internal or not recognizable diseases, as well as defects no guarantee is guaranteed.
4. The sex determination is made to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, no guarantee is given.
5. The buyer should have already informed himself about the necessary keeping conditions before the purchase. If there are doubts about suitable keeping conditions, there will be no handover of an animal.
6. The delivery of animals is made only to persons over the age of 18 or in the presence of a parent.
7. Reservation is possible after consultation and a deposit of 30% of the purchase price. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the claim of the reservation expires. After the deposit is received, the animal is reserved for a maximum of one month (30 days). If during this time the contact is broken off, the reservation is cancelled or the animal is not picked up by the buyer, the deposit will be retained as compensation. Changes are reserved by me.
8. The animals remain my property until the timely and complete payment.
9. A shipment is made exclusively at the risk and expense of the recipient. The buyer can independently arrange for a courier, if desired, I will book a qualified courier. If the temperature is not suitable, we reserve the right not to ship animals.
10. Invalidity clause: Should any provision of these dispensing conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Note: Animals listed in the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, Appendix II, must be independently reported by the buyer to the appropriate authority.

With purchase or a deposit of an animal is automatically and bindingly the acceptance of the Dispensing Conditions.
