The Bushveld Reptiles collection began in sunny South Africa. We assembled the most diverse collection of African House Snakes possible. Our stunning collection got a first-class ticket to the USA when we relocated 2017.
Store Policy
PLEASE READ THE MORPHMARKET DEFAULT POLICY AS OUR STORE POLICY IS ONLY AN ADDENDUM TO THE FULL POLICY.
PAYMENTS
• We accept the most common forms of payment including PayPal, Square (all major credit cards), Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, wire transfers and money orders / certified checks.
• Payment plans are available for purchases of $500 or more. Every payment plan requires a non-refundable 25% deposit. All animals will be maintained as usual with no additional charge to the customer. Animals purchased on a payment plan will be placed on hold and shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
General payment plan terms are:
≥ $500: 25% non-refundable deposit and paid within 30 days
≥ $1000: 25% non-refundable deposit and paid within 60 days
≥ $2500 and above: 25% non-refundable deposit and paid within 90 days
Any variation of the set payment plan schedule is on a case-by-case basis. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss payment plan options.
A Buyer’s failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and all deposits and payments sent.
• All sales are final. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to FedEx rules and regulations.
• We ship using FedEx Express Priority Overnight shipping. We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather-permitting.
• Our default method of shipping is to your local FedEx Ship Center to be held for pick-up as this is the safest option when shipping live reptiles. Shipping to residence may be permitted in certain circumstances. Live arrival guarantee is void when shipping to residence. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if Buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
HEALTH & ATTRIBUTES GUARANTEE
• Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Any health-related issue must be reported in writing. Claim Period is 4 hours after delivery and Return Period is 1 week.
Any Buyer who wishes to have guarantees based on laboratory testing should discuss this with the Seller prior to purchase. All health guarantees based on laboratory testing must be completed by the Seller. We will test animals at Buyer’s request and expense through Research Associate Laboratory. We can also provide veterinarian verified health exams and laboratory testing at the Buyer's expense.
• Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain. Claim Period is 4 hours after delivery and Return Period is 1 week.
• Seller guarantees recessive/heterozygous genes. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python genetics, we do our best to accurately identify combinations, but we cannot guarantee accuracy of complex incomplete dominate genes in our animals. If you have any questions about the genes listed in any ads contact us before purchasing.
