Store Policy
GENERAL POLICIES
Animals will only be shipped during appropriate shipping temperatures.
All animals will be 100% healthy at the time of delivery. We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy and feeding. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. The live arrival guarantee will be void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information or you are not available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Any animal that arrives DOA or for any other shipping problem, the customer must contact us within 1 hour of the delivery time stated by the deliverer.
If you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify Sweet Serpents LLC within 24 hours. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date. The animal may be held in quarantine upon return to ensure it is healthy before refunding the cost of the animal. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. Sweet Serpents LLC can not take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or improper care. If Sweet Serpents LLC determines that a customer lacks the proper experience to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated.
IDENTIFICATION OF ANIMALS
Be sure to understand the difference between definitive and theoretical labels on animals you purchase. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully.
State & Federal Laws
We will not knowingly ship any animals in violation of any State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
Health Guarantee
Sweet Serpents LLC offers a 14-day health guarantee on all of our animals beginning on the date of arrival. Once delivered and the 1-hour window has elapsed we are no longer responsible for any extreme weather conditions. Proper care and temperatures are the responsibility of the customer. If you are a first-time reptile owner please research your specific reptiles needs. Not following proper care (such as proper heating, diet, daily care, etc…) will void our guarantee in its entirety.
Please note that at times it can take a reptile up to 3 weeks to adjust to its new habitat.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before shipment or pick up.

Payment Plans are available on purchases of $1000 or more, the minimum deposit is 25% and the total must be paid in full within 4 weeks. All deposits are non refundable.
Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception to animals we have received a deposit.
