Store Policy
***General Guarantee***
We guarantee all of the animals we produce to be healthy, properly sexed and feeding at the time of sale (unless otherwise noted).
***Genetics Guarantee***
For any animal with non-visual (heterozygous recessive) genetics, we will provide a signed genetics guarantee with your purchase. In short, when you purchase any animal from us, you can be confident that you are receiving exactly the genetics you paid for.
***Shipping & Health Guarantee***
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. Animals will be shipped Monday – Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight to your address or to the nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. As a courtesy, we greatly appreciate a quick note at that time to let us know they have arrived safe and sound and you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify us within the first 8 hours via email or by phone/text.
Please note that we reserve the right to delay shipping for any reason that we feel would be of benefit to the health of the animal.
***Payment Methods***
We accept cash, check, money order, or PayPal. Under no circumstances will we ship an animal without payment in full. If you choose to pay via check or money order, we will ship only once payment has cleared our bank.
***Payment Plans***
Payment plans may be available for purchases over $500 and will require a nonrefundable 20% deposit. The remaining balance is then to be paid within 60 days. During this time, you can be sure that your animal continues to receive the same high quality care as the rest of the animals in our collection.
