Store Policy
25% non refundable deposit , balance must be paid in full before shipping . Payments must be paid withing time of agreement usually one month depending on the expense a higher end animal 800$+ more sufficient time frame 400$- 1 month time frame after deposit has been initiated. Will only ship mon-thursday to avoid weekend delays , someone must be present to receive the animal at the time of arrival or any doa is void and no refund will be given. If animal is DOA upon arrival due to shippers error of delays. Refund will be for the purchase price if the animal minus cost of shipping. Any odd behavior or eating /health issues must be reported to seller immediately. Full refund within the first week if animal dies from natural causes due to not eating or poor health issues at time of arrival, credit is given if it dies within month after being received or replace with same or animal of equal value if one is avaliable at the time. All warrantys are voided after 30 days.
