*I will not ship if I don't feel the weather is safe to do so. I have shipped thousands of reptiles all over the world. I have good judgement on what is or isn't safe. I am generally happy to hold an animal (if paid for) until the weather clears*
*If night time lows are below 45 but above 36, I will only ship to your local FedEx hub for pickup. I will not ship door to door in that temperature range*
*If day time highs are above 90f I will only ship to your local FedEx hub for pick-up. No door to door service in weather which is potentially dangerous to the animal*
*Any claims, or issues must be emailed within 4 hours of receiving the shipment*
