Payment plans for amounts under $500 subject to 14 days and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment plans for amounts over $500 subject to 30 days and a 25% non-refundable deposit. No payment plans for amounts under $150.

A satisfactory replacement or credit to future purchases in the event of the loss of your animal. No refund will be issued. Health issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis. My reputation is most important to me and you will be looked after.
