Store Policy
Shipping is provided overnight through Redline Shipping when both sides have temperatures between 35-95F. Shipments are sent Monday-Wednesday and address/ phone number must be confirmed before delivery.
Any issues not related to delivery delays (which should be handled through FedEx) should be reported to us within one hour of delivery. Photographs will need to be e-mailed to [email protected] in the case the animal is DOA.
If the buyer is under 18 years of age parental consent must be given before purchasing an animal.
All reptiles are sold with a 2 week guarantee of health. If there are any issues with your animal it's required to contact us immediately and to provide photos of acceptable enclosure, temps, and diet to show that the animal was kept under normal circumstances in order to discuss the possibility of a refund. After the two weeks refund won't be considered unless a necropsy proves there was an issue beforehand. Self diagnosis/ treatment before seeking a professional opinion nullifies the guarantee of health.
