Store Policy
Store policy. SHIPPING:
Shipping not included in price of Boas. Will ship in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery. We ship on Monday through Wednesday with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). if client wants animal shipped in weather/ temperatures less than 40 degrees Casa De Fuego Reptiles will not provide live arrival guarantee. We guarantee live delivery ONLY if animal arrives overnight as originally shipped and shipped between Monday - Wednesday between temps of 40- 90 degrees. If client wants animal shipped onThursday, i will honor live arrival guarantee for 24 hours. If the animal is held over the weekend CDF is not held responsible for deceased or injured animal. If The shipping company does not deliver over night as originally sent by CDF then CDF Reptiles can no longer honor the live arrival guarantee. Live arrival guarantee is for 24 hours from when animal is shipped. If the shipping company does not deliver next day as the animal was shipped, CDF Reptiles will not be held responsible for the animal being injured and or dying in shippers care and the refund will be given once The shipping company has issued a refund. If client wants animal shipped in conditions that are not suitable and or may risk harm to animal CDF Reptiles will not be held responsible. Animal must be picked up at 9:30 am when animal is available for pick up at local fed ex hub. If not picked up by 9:30 am the live arrival guarantee will be null and void. If animal is shipped directly to your home CDF Reptiles does not provide live arrival guarantee. Live arrival guarantee is for Hub To Hub pick up.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Cash app, Venmo and money orders. No animals are shipped prior to checks/money orders clearing. Animals will not be sent until all funds have cleared. No exceptions
PAYMENT PLANS:
Our policy is simple. We offer 30 day plans with a 25% non refundable deposit. While animals are on payment plans they get cared for and fed like normal. Under no circumstance are they treated different than our own. We are pretty flexible so if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
