About
Castle Constrictors are a hobbyist breeder in the UK, we breed ball pythons for our love of the morphs and hobby. We try to be as transparent as we possibly can and give our full passion to everything we do. We strive to make the best quality ball pythons we can and take as much care time and attention as possible. We hope that by using us and purchasing snakes we make new friends and lasting relationships with great likeminded people.
Store Policy
**We do not sell these animals as pets. If you purchase an animal you agree that its use is for a project in your hobby**
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, PayPal, all animals must be paid for in full before release. We can offer short-term payment plans consisting of 25% non-refundable deposit and 3 further payments on orders over 200.
*WARNING*
If you fail to make full payment by the final payment date agreed without contact, the deposit will be non-refundable, and you will lose the right to the animal.
Health guarantee
-All animals are guaranteed to be alive and healthy
-You have 24 hours to register a complaint or issue with your animal-proof will be needed
-Animals should be quarantined on arrival
-Animal Genders are accurate if a mistake is ever made a swap/refund will be available again based on proof
-Animals DOA will need a video recording a photo with the time and date in the photo on a sheet of paper. If an animal is DOA then a second animal will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued
Genetics guarantee
- All recessive genes are 100% guaranteed - co-doms are to our best possible effort, we always use other sources to double check
-All photos are stock besides lighting no edits to colour or appearance are made
-Any hets have a 100% guarantee as well as any visual recessives
-Any genes stated in the advert are what we believe to be in the Animal if we are unsure then poss/prob will be listed
Delivery Guarantee
-We will use the best possible service available to you to get your animal there safely
-You must be over the age of 18 to receive the Animal or I will pay to have the animal returned to me and you will then have to collect said animal
-You will agree to collect the animal in the timeframe you provide unless notified otherwise
-If the animal is shipped and left in a storage box for hours there will be no refund issued
Feeding Guarantee
-We will offer fresh kill to all animals that are fed live before leaving us
-We will do our best to transition any animal you purchase onto the food of your choice for its last few feeds
-We ask that when taking stock of the new animal you give the animal time to settle in before trying to feed
