Every part of the process was super smooth. This seller made sure to double check the weather, as we live on opposite ends of the country. The packaging and heating, along with the timing, ensured my Borneo made it to me safely! This was my first time getting a live animal online, and would recommend any others worried about the process to consider these folks.
