Animals are first-come first-serve. Please allow at least 24 hours after messaging to inquire again. Thank you.
Payment is through Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Thank you!
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Our animals are backed by a Live Arrival Guarantee. In most cases, shipping will be only available to your local FedEx Hub. Upon arrival, if an animal is deceased, and a picture of proof is sent to us, we will refund you for the animal purchase. Shipping is always non-refundable. After the animal arrives, we are no longer responsible for the animal in any way, however, our experts will be glad to answer any questions regarding care. This guarantee is valid as long as the package is picked up within 1 hour of it's arrival time at the shipping hub, or is received/signed for on the first attempt.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We guarantee that all animals are in good health. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 hour of its arrival so we may try to remedy any issues.
Holds:
We will place an animal on hold once a 20% deposit has been made. The deposit is non-refundable. We will hold animals up to one week (7 days) after the deposit is made.
Laws:
It is your responsibility to know your local, state and/or federal laws.
Sexing:
The sex listed is what our team has determined to be accurate, however, we give no guarantee on sex.
NOTICE: Once payment is processed and shipping is scheduled we will NOT provide refunds. If there is an issue with the animal that will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
