Store Policy
*Due to current shipping conditions, we are only shipping to FedEx hubs for pickup.
- Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping available to the lower 48 states.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
- We use PayPal for all transactions. All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
- Proof of proper housing and knowledge of care may be required prior to shipping. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any animal, for any reason, at any time during the purchase.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase. Nonrefundable deposits and payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
- We ship most weeks on Tuesday - Wednesday (Wednesday - Thursday delivery) via FedEx Priority Overnight.
- We currently only ship to FedEx hubs for pickup. Upon request, we can locate your nearest FedEx ship center that accepts live animals.
- Shipping temps must be between 40F and 90F at all locations (including layover city) to ship safely. We reserve the right to hold animals until shipping temperatures/conditions are safe for the animal.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Live arrival is guaranteed when shipped to FedEx Hubs.
- In the unlikely event that an animal arrives deceased, we must be contacted within 2 hours of the package arriving to its destination and in your possession. Photo and/or video evidence of the deceased animal must also be sent to us via email at [email protected].
- Although rare, we cannot guarantee against events such as gecko tails dropped during shipping. Additionally, we will not cover any injury that occurs due to other animals in the home or improper quarantine methods.
- Temperature sexing of geckos is not 100% accurate. However, we always double check young geckos to make sure they are still looking like the temp sexed listed.
- Every effort will be made to properly sex snakes, but please be sure to check the sex upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if not as advertised.
- All known genetic information, regardless of chance of being present, will be listed. Genes listed as “possible” are not guaranteed to be present.
