Shipping: Payments must be made and cleared before any animal will be shipped.
We ship within 3 business day's.
Shipping is done Monday-Friday.
Purchases made Friday after 12pm will not be shipped untill the following Monday.
Overnight shipping via FedEx only.

We charge Ohio state sales tax.

We reserve the right to request a certified veterinarian report if said illness is inconclusive. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on replacements/exchanges.
