Welcome to CC Reptiles, a small sized company that has specialized in exotic ball pythons and colubrids since 2017. What all started as neighborhood friends and family catching snakes, has turned into a growing business doing what we love! Located in the greater Boston area, we have spent the entirety of our childhood learning about reptiles and have now been able to put that knowledge to good use. With college backgrounds in engineering, genetics, and business, we not only value our interaction with the animals, but with our customers as well.
The health and quality of our animals is always our top priority in every circumstance. All of our reptiles receive our utmost care and time; we value that strongly. They are socialized since birth to ensure a great addition to any collection, whether they be a household pet or genetic powerhouse. We aim to please all of our customers and will never settle for less than the best.
We do our best to be competitive in an ever-growing market. We produce high quality animals that contain many exciting and new dominant, co-dominant, and recessive genes. We are always looking to push ourselves and others in the industry for the next best thing!

Store Policy
General
All reptiles available have been produced by CC Reptiles, unless otherwise specified. All reptiles are guaranteed to be the proper sex, genetics, age, and other specifications as listed. No snakes are sold before eating at least 3 meals and have been deemed by us as 100% healthy animals. We offer a full money-back guarantee for a customer whose reptile dies within 48 hours of arrival at your pick-up facility, given that the customer is not at fault for reasons such as: improper feeding, handling, or care that goes against our given recommendations.
Payment
All payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, and cash; other forms of payment may be granted upon request. For payment plans, we require a 25%, non-refundable, deposit when purchasing a snake. We will be flexible with customers on paying the remainder of their balance and will do our best accommodate your preferred time-frame in a way that works for both parties.
Shipping
CC Reptiles offers free shipping on orders over $1,000 USD. For shipping, we use ShipYourReptiles.com. If you are not familiar with the company, they use FedEx Priority Over Night shipping. Reptiles can only be shipped Monday through Thursday for next day arrival. For the safety of our animals, we prefer to have our reptiles picked up from your closest FedEx shipping hub. We will make exceptions and have reptiles shipped to residential areas upon request and consultation. The safe arrival of our animals is our utmost priority, therefore, if you get your reptile shipped anywhere but to your nearest FedEx hub, our 48-hour money-back guarantee is no longer applicable. In this case, shipping insurance can be arranged upon agreement and will be added to your total shipping cost. We purchase shipping insurance through ShipYourReptiles and claims and pay-outs are determined by them. We will work with our customers to ensure mutual satisfaction on both ends.
We will not ship reptiles if the daytime high is below 32F or above 100F in both the shipping and receiving locations. We follow the guidelines set by ShipYourReptiles and are cognizant of external factors outside of temperatures. We work directly with the customer to find a mutually beneficial time to ship an order.

When purchasing a snake from CC Reptiles whether in person or online, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as listed.
