Store Policy
$50 is posted on every post for example. A shipping quote will be given for every purchase and that’s what is added to the purchase. Sometimes it’s under or over 50$ We use FedEx overnight shipping only. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on what works for you.
Live arrival is guaranteed for all geckos that are shipped to a FedEx hub. The live arrival guarantee will be voided for home deliveries and if no one is available to receive the package with in 1hour from the FedEx hub.Pickup is available to local customers. We are not responsible for dropped tail during shipment, this is extremely rare but has happened to other breeders.
Payment Plan Available. 30 Day payment plan is available with a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit on purchase.No Refunds but store credit is available. All payments and deposits are 100% non refundable
Sex of geckos are Listed as Tsm or Tsf(Temperature Sexed Male/Female). Temperature sexing is not always 100% accurate. All geckos will be double checked at the time of sale and confirm that it’s still looking like the listed temperature sex that it was labeled. There is always a chance it turns out the opposite sex unfortunately this happens and is out of our hands. All known genetic information, regardless of chance of being present, will be listed for all geckos. Genes listed as “possible” are not guaranteed to be present.
