Our love for animals continues to grow and constantly come up with new and better ways to care for our animals wellbeing and environment resulting in healthy, happy, and increasingly higher quality animals. We take a great deal of pride in the animals that we produce. Our main focus is primarily ball pythons however there are other reptiles that we care for and breed (or attempt to breed)…..
Store Policy
It is the buyers responsibility to read the store policies, failure to do so does not make the buyer exempt from the policies.
PERSONAL GUARANTEE:
All animals are in top physical health before being offered for sale. All animals offered for sale have eaten at least 3 meals on their own and are healthy enough to be ready for transport.
REQUEST FOR CONTACT:
Email is preferred with inquiry threw morph market. Please no internet terms or slang. Spell check cannot catch everything and sometimes spelling gets by us the same as everybody but please try to keep the spelling as legible as possible.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION:
We are happy to help with any questions you may have about our animals in particular but please be sure to educate yourself on owning any animal before making any purchases. It is the responsibility of any buyer to be knowledgeable about housing, husbandry, feeding, temperatures, humidity requirements, water requirements, environment, and all general care for the comfort of any animal as a responsible pet owner. Some basic information should be provided in the post under the animal description.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is a flat rate of $50 via Fedex Overnight to anywhere in the continental US.
Orders $1,000 or over ship for free! No matter how many animals you purchase at one time.
We take a great deal of pride in our animals and the animals we produce, under no circumstance will any animal be sold if there is a possible threat to the health and wellbeing, be it temperature (under 38 degrees or over 100 degrees) or weather conditions such as Hurricanes, we are located in Florida where crappy weather happens, we understand bad weather so please be understanding if there is a circumstance that delays shipping on our end. We will hold any animal from shipping if weather is an issue however an extended amount of time will be agreed on during the sale. All shipping will be done following the insurance requirements for shipyourreptiles.com shipping insurance. Every package shipped out is insured unless a special circumstance is agreed on prior to transaction.
TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING
LOCAL PICK UP:
Local pick up is always the best way to go, no shipping stress on the animals, you can see the animal before you pay, and best of all there is no shipping charge. But that is not the reason for the following policies. In the event that you are able to do a local pick up, it is much appreciated but not required.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
I guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up within 4 hours of availability. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the d.o.a. so that your live arrival guarantee is not void. In the event of a d.o.a. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
Shipping will only be done within reasonable temperatures (Daytime High of 38 to 100 degrees) for live arrival guarantee. This includes shipping location, processing hub (if any) and arrival location temperatures.
The terms of our live arrival guarantee are based off of the shipping insurance terms from Shipyourreptiles.com.
DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR:
Due to fedex inability to deliver to your door on time (the day they are supposed to) we do not offer this service.
SHIPMENT TO YOUR LOCAL HUB:
It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am, this is the buyers responsibility to find out, live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
GENDER GUARANTEE:
I guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued. All animals are confirmed sex a minimum of 3 times before shipping due to some males developing late.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Sometimes something we like is just out of financial reach, we may have a solution for that one animal that you just have to get. We do not accept payment plans on any animals under $500. Payment plans will not be accepted for multiple animals. A down payment of 50% will be required to put an animal on hold with a payment of the additional 50% within 1 month, any additional charges from making payments (PayPal) will be covered by the buyer. If payment is missed the animal will be placed back for sale and all payments made are forfeit and non refundable.
DISCOUNT:
Make an offer, we always entertain offers, the worst thing we can do is say no.. If you would like more than 1 of the currently available animals we can probably work something out. Please do not expect a massive discount for any sales totaling less than $500.
