Payment in full prior to shipment required. 25% Non-Refundable deposit for all payment plan options. Pay plan options are available for animals over $500 and worked on an individual basis. Live arrival and mite free guarantee. Animals will be properly sexed and in a thriving state as they appear prior to being listed for sale. All genetics are guaranteed and lineage provided. Chris Nicholas Reptiles to the best of our ability, represent healthy animals for sale. We cannot guarantee unknown or non-visible ailments beyond reasonable expectation. This is to include: Congenital defects, unknown pathogens and/or ailments that cannot be reasonably deduced from a visible inspection. Once an animal is received by buyer as stated, funds will be released and the transaction will be considered complete. As always, we are available for post purchase/receipt support and customer care, to the best of our ability. Under NO circumstances will a return of animals be accepted. We are a closed collection with no incoming animals. Once an animal has arrived safely via shipment, the transaction is again, considered complete. Shipping through Ship Your Reptiles if and only when weather permits at destination, as well as departure state. Hub delivery requested at our discretion for safety of said animal. These terms are to be considered final and acceptable when purchasing an animal. All sales are final.
