Store Policy

PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept Zelle, check and money order. All payments must clear before animal is shipped.
SHIPPING: I ship Mondays (unless another day is agreed upon) weather-permitting. I will not ship an animal if I feel weather conditions can lead to delays or death. The well being of the animal comes first.
LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: I guarantee live, healthy delivery as long as I ship when I feel it is safe. DOAs will be replaced with an equivalent animal, credit or refund. The live delivery guarantee is VOID if you provide me with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information or phone number.
DISCOUNTS: My prices for individual animals are pretty firm. However, I'm wiling to entertain reasonable discounts on pairs or groups. Please inquire.
TRADES: I don't typically do trades on my animals, unless it is for something I want to incorporate into my breeding projects. In the case of a trade I will not ship first unless we have a prior business relationship.
PAYMENT PLANS are available. For purchases under $500, I require a 50% deposit, and the balance paid in full in 4 weeks. For purchases of $500 and up, I require at least a 25% deposit and the balance paid in full in 6 weeks. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
