TERMS/ CONDITIONS/ STANDARD PRACTICE
Here at CJ Reptiles, our main goal is to provide customers with amazing reptiles and an outstanding customer service.
We guarantee that any and all are in good health and properly sexed. Genetics will be determined to the best of our ability. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure so we make our best guess based on pairings and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.
All reptile purchases are final and will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. Refunds will only be given if the animal was DOA (proven by a picture provided within 10 minutes of arrival/ receipt) or violated our animal policy stated above. All animals have a live and healthy arrival guarantee with the exception of carrier delays or mishandling. We cannot offer any guarantee after the arrival.
Shipping options available at buyer’s expense. Shipping will be FEDEX Overnight between 50-90 degrees. The buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.
Payment plans are available on orders of $250.00+ with a 25% non-refundable down payment. All payment plans will be paid in full within 60 days. Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animal(s). We take PayPal, Square, FB pay, or Venmo. Cash is an option for local pickups only.
