Quality in and out, we strive to have the best quality and price on sand boas and other reptiles while maintaining our focused care for each animal.
Animals have been in my family my entire life. From a young age, my mother raised my brother and I with all sorts of different mammals, reptiles, birds and everything animals. We had a “farm” growing up. Being from Las Vegas, we didn’t have the traditional sense of the word but we had a good chunk of land and we raised all kinds of animals. Though breeding was limited more to dogs, chickens, and tortoises at that time. With Desert Tortoises being in my life for over 20 years, my parents were the original care takers and after they split and my dad passed, they were passed on to me. This sparked all those feelings as a child with all the animals I had growing up but my passion was more with reptiles than any of the other animals we had. I had a sand boa growing up and one day at the local exotic pet store, I seen one that reminded me of my childhood snake and had to have him. He is named Jax now, after my late dog who was my favorite dog growing up. Jax, the snake, started the reptile fever all over again which lead to more and more purchases and more and more research. Here we are now, a Husband & Wife team making the best of this amazing hobby and putting our own love and focus into the animals. The name is pronounced, Fri-(like fridge)-Cutch-(Cut-CH)-eon-(In) Farms. FriCutcheon is a combination of my last name and my step mothers, who my father married and was instrumental in keeping the Desert Tortoises afloat till they could be handed down to myself.
Store Policy
Payment plans accepted over $500. 30 day plans only with few exceptions. Down payment non-refundable. 25% down to hold. Shipping to lower 48 thru Reptiles2you, Monday-Wednesday’s.
Gender discrepancies must be made within 2 weeks of purchase for action to take place. Proof must be provided in the event of a very rare mistake.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are subject to FriCutcheon Farms and them only in the event they chose so. Refunds in the event of DOA will only cover cost of snake, not shipping as well.
Live arrival guaranteed within 15 minutes of home delivery and 4 hours of hub delivery.
Genetics guaranteed. No unhealthy animals will be sent, we guarantee healthy animals will be sent only.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. Specifically those we feel won’t/can’t provide proper care. You must provide evidence upon us asking that you have proper enclosure and husbandry care requirements if we deem it necessary. Please don’t take this the wrong way, we just want what’s best for each animal.
We guarantee animals up to 2 days post delivery arrival. More than that could be owner folly.
No animals will be shipped in temperatures under 40 degrees for the low at night or over 95 for the high. (This makes our shipping window at times very narrow considering we are located in Las Vegas). Please be patient to accommodate temperatures best for the animals. We also work daily so please be patient if we have to postpone shipping a day or two later than final or full payment.
By making any payment, you accept these terms by your own free will and choice. This is a binding contract between the seller and the buyer and cannot be broken without direct verbal, audible consent from the owners (sellers).
