We do not ship without previous communication and CLEARED payment..
Buyer must have knowledge on proper husbandry of said species and we reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion.
50% Non-Refundable deposits are required to hold animals, payment plans are available and negotiable on an individual level.
***LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY GUIDELINES***
Customer is required to check in once the animal is received to ensure it has arrived safely.
Someone must be available to receive the package when animal arrives.
Encase of a DOA, Customer MUST contact me within 30 minutes of stamped delivery time with photos.
Packages held for pickup MUST be picked up by 10:30am destination time.
Live animals ship out Tuesdays , Weds, Thurs ONLY!
Live arrival guaranty is only available when shipping to an approved FedEx Hub held for pickup.
