Store Policy
I ship Monday -Wednesday (occasionally Thursdays) priority overnight , your daytime high must be above 38°F on the day of delivery. You must be home to receive it. Or have it shipped to a hub for pick up.
Payment: PayPal (preferred), Venmo, cash (locally), Google Pay, FaceBook Pay, and Zelle.
I do my best to sex the animals by probing/popping/etc however, I am human and therefore not perfect. So far I've only been wrong once.
Morph ID- I do my best my and I always include the pairing in case you see something I don't. I am also willing to provide any pictures and/or information I have of the lineage. I am a reasonable person I care about my buyers and I care about my animals. I take exceptional care of them and do my best to keep up to date records.

Coils&Critters guarantees the health of the animal for up to 24 hours after it is in the hands of the buyer, with the following exception: If you are not present at the first delivery attempt or do not pick up the animal from the FedEx hub before 11am, the 24 hour health and live arrival guarantee are void.
We Guarantee live arrival between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit if your animal is dead upon arrival you have approx. 1 hour to notify us. Video of the dead animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
Full payment is required before any animals will be shipped.
If you are under the age of 18 you must purchase the animal in person with a parent.
