Store Policy
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding properly and properly sexed. We hold all animals until 3 successful strike feeds before any shipping.
All animals are shipped to your door or to your nearest hub via FedEx Priority Overnight (RE). Shipping dates must be agreed upon by both parties. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 35-95ºF on both ends. An adult over the age of 18 must accept live animal shipment on first delivery attempt / animal must be picked up from FedEx hub within 2 hours of arriving or guarantee is voided. If a residential or business delivery and the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email with a video of entire animal attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $500, the minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within eight weeks. All deposits are non refundable. If for any reason you cannot continue with a payment plan any payments after the initial 25% deposit will be credited towards another animal. Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception for which animals where deposit has been received. All sales of live animals are Final. Credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur.

Shipping is done Mon-Thurs only.
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and Square.
All shipping is $55 flat rate per box(excluding adults or large breeds), some quotes may change due residential, business, signature delivery, etc. Please ask us about these possible changes in shipping quotes so we can better serve you and provide a more accurate quote.
