By purchasing animals from Cold Blooded Science LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions: All sales are final, refunds of any kind will not be given. Live arrival is guaranteed only if the customer is home to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, failure to sign voids the live arrival guarantee. In the rare event that the animal(s) are DOA(dead on arrival), only store credit will be offered. NO CASH REFUNDS.
International Shipping/Exports: Due to variables out of our control, we can only guarantee live arrival to our exporters only.
