Store Policy
15% off for returning customers, multi reptile purchase discounts, and military/veterans discount 10% off with proof of I.D. Also birthday month discounts of 5% off with proof I.D. Animals over 1,500$ include free shipping!!! build your army for a steal! All reptile sales are final! Non medical issue related returns will be up to my discretion. (Note: If an item is stated "on sale" no additional discounts can be applied, some exceptions may apply). 25% non-refundable deposit for holds, purchase and or payment plans. Note: Once past a month of a hold/payment plan on any reptile the transaction becomes 50% non refundable of the price of the reptile, ( ex: So if you purchase a reptile then decide to cancel before receiving the reptile I would keep 25% of the price of the reptile and refund the rest.
If it goes past a month I would keep 50% of the price of the reptile and refund the rest).
2 months max usually for payment plans but i'm more than happy to work with you if I can. Shipping is not included in the price of the reptile. It is an additional 65$ flat rate for shipping and is priority overnighted through fed ex using redline shipping! If reptiles are dead on arrival with proof from the customer within 1 hour of arrival via photo and video, a full refund of the price of the reptile excluding shipping cost will be given back to the customer. If the package is delayed a day or more or not sent hub to hub when recommended and this results in dead on arrival I cannot be held responsible for a refund as it was completely out of my control. I stand behind putting out nothing but quality healthy reptiles. All Reptiles sold comes with a 30 day health guarantee with proper care, handling, and husbandry being met! Note: Failure to communicate declining health and or any other issues/concerns that could've been solved with my direction and help before becoming a big issue can void your health guarantee. Communication is key! If any health issues occur within the 30 day health guarantee period I can provide partial refund. A full refund will be given excluding shipping cost if the animal dies or has to be put down within the 30 day health guarantee so long as Husbandry and care is on point.
