Store Policy
WINTER SHIPPING TERMS: Temps must be a minimum of 32 degrees in both locations weather permitting. FedEx Hub delivery only. Shipping will be done at sellers discretion during this time. All animals can be held for an extended period of time until conditions allow for shipping.
PAYMENTS: Credit Card Payments are accepted via Square
Paypal (Friends &Family ONLY), Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay
Payment plans are made on case by case basis with a non refundable 25% down payment. Maximum 45 days
All payment plans must have an agreed upon and returned signed contract. Must be 18 or older for purchase. All sales are final.
SHIPPING: All animals will be shipping to Fedex shipping hub for pick up only. Shipments are done at the seller's discretion based on current conditions and temperatures. Temperatures permitting, we can ship with heat if necessary. Animals must be picked up same day from FEDEX.
GUARANTEE: All animals are healthy and eating regularly without problem. Minimum three meals and 100 grams prior to shipping to buyer. Seller guarantees sex of the animal with a seven day claim period. Exact on scale weight photo will be provided to buyer (upon request) of the animal purchased. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
