Store Policy
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.
All animals are guaranteed to be Healthy, Feeding and Properly sexed.
We can deliver to any Reptile Expo that we are vending for free or ship over night to your door.
Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Over Night. We ship Monday-Thursday based on agreement of best ship date for the customer and us. We guarantee Live arrival as long as someone is home to receive the animal. Shipping in very HOT or very COLD temperatures will have to be shipped to a FedEx Hub and held for pickup.
Shipping is FREE for any order of $500 or more. Shipping is $50 additional for all other purchases.
Payment Plans are available with terms up to 30 days, 60 days for large orders. A 25% non-refundable down payment is required for all plans.
Auctions: All payments are due in full at the end of the auction. No payment plans for auctions.
