SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment must be scheduled at least 1 business day in advance. Once payment is been received you can schedule to have your Crested Gecko(s) shipped. We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. Our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday and we will only ship your Crested Gecko when day/nighttime temperatures are between 38-85 degrees. If weather conditions do not permit shipping we will hold your Crested Gecko at no additional charge until conditions improve. Shipments will arrive between 8:00am-10:30am but if you live in a remote area delivery could be later in the day.
Correct Shipping Information Must Be Provided
Always make sure to double check the shipping information you provide when ordering from us. We are not responsible if the shipment information you provided is incorrect. In addition to your address we require your email and daytime phone number. This information is required for FedEx Live Animal Shipments.
We require confirmation that someone will be there to receive the shipment at the time of the first delivery attempt. We cannot guarantee live animal delivery when the gecko has been trucked around on the back of a hot or cold fed ex truck all day.

To Use The FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping Process, We charge Between $50.00 -$60.00 USD, that covers added material expenses (Boxes, Tape, Containers, Heat/Ice Packs, etc). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Only within the Continental US.

We do not offer money refunds or gecko trade outs, Only order if you are 100% sure about what you are purchasing and can afford to care for the gecko properly. We feel our photos give the best representation of the current crested geckos listed for sale, we do not guarantee color. Will provide all photos as needed.
PAYMENT PLANS/PLACING A GECKO ON HOLD

To put a Crested Gecko on hold we require a 25% non-refundable down payment. We only accept down payments/payment plans if the total of your purchase amounts to $200 USD or greater. In a case of a payment plan if arrangements are not discussed all crested geckos must be paid in full one month exactly from down payment. If payment is not made in full one month from the down payment date, we will put the Gecko back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment. Payment refunds are subjective to situation and will be handled case by case
All orders must be paid in full before we will ship out your order, no net terms.

HEALTH CONCERNS/PROPER CARE
Proper diet and housing is crucial when caring for a Crested Gecko
A varied diet of Blended mixes(Repashy, Pangea, ZooMed etc.), Crested Gecko Meal Replacements and bugs dusted w/ calcium is strongly recommended. We do not guarantee your Gecko will eat or grow well on a poor diet.
Please do your research on housing this species before buying from us. We have no control over how the geckos will be looked after or to what diseases or parasites they might be exposed to once it leaves our facility.
CRESTED GECKO TAIL DROP
Geckos can drop their tails during shipping. They can also drop their tails when stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason. It is a natural occurrence and it has no effect on their health or breeding ability. We are not responsible and no compensation will be given if your gecko drops its tail during or after shipping.
LIVE ANIMAL REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE/POLICY

In the event that your Gecko arrives in bad shape or Dead on Arrival you must contact us immediately. If the gecko is still alive we may be able to direct you to a source for correct treatment. If the gecko arrived deceased, we require digital pictures be sent to our personal email within 1 hour of delivery. If we determine your claim to be valid we will help find a suitable replacement gecko for you. We do not issue money refunds all situations will be handled appropriately case by case. Shipping charges associated with the replacement crested gecko(s) will be discussed individually. We give a 3 week grace period to see how well the Crested Gecko adjusts to your home environment. If your Crested Gecko gets sick or dies between this time period, we will personally investigate all possibilities as to why it may have happened/is happening & if you are eligible to obtain another Replacement Crested Gecko based off of what information we compile about the situation. If you fail to provide your gecko with proper nutrition, housing or keeping it in the right temperature range we are eligible to deny you of a replacement crested gecko.
