Store Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost unless otherwise stated on the advertisement. We process orders with cash, CashApp, and Zelle payments. We ship out on Tuesday and Wednesday only. We ship anywhere in the Continental US.
We guarantee all animals pictured are the individuals that will be sold when purchased
We guarantee animal health. If an animal arrives in an unhealthy state, a claim with proof of such an occurrence needs to be sent to the store within one (1) hour of receiving the animal. This must be done because improper conditions can affect an animals well-being very rapidly.
We guarantee the sex of our animals unless otherwise stated. If an animal is proven to be incorrectly sexed, a claim and proof needs to be sent to the store within one (1) week of receiving the animal. A full refund will be issued when the animal arrives back at the store in the health and condition it was in when sold. The cost of shipping on such returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Animals marked as temperature sex determined (TSF or TSM) do not carry this guarantee since there is no way of accurately sexing those animals until they mature.
We guarantee live-arrival under the following parameters. The animal must be shipped to the nearest FedEx Shipment Center. This is because we cannot guarantee against delivery driver mistakes. We do also offer shipping to your preferred address and it is very uncommon to have issues with such deliveries, but buyers will forfeit their rights to our live-arrival guarantee if they request a preferred address.
Payment plans are available for animals that cost over $300. They require a 15% nonrefundable deposit, which will place the animal on hold. The buyer will have 30 days to complete the full payment for the animal. If the buyer does not complete the full payment within this timeframe, refuses to receive the animal within the allotted time period, or if they back out of the sale for any reason, the buyer will forfeit their down payment in addition to any money paid into the animal.
Animals priced below the payment plan threshold may also be placed on hold. The buyer will be required to cover the full cost of the animal upfront in order to place the animal on hold. The buyer will then have 30 days to complete payment of shipment and receive the animal. If the buyer does not complete the full payment within this timeframe, refuses to receive the animal within the allotted time period, or if they back out of the sale for any reason, the buyer will forfeit their down payment in addition to any money paid into the animal.
