We are hobbyist breeders and keepers of Crested Geckos focusing on Tri-Colour, Reds, and Yellow Crested Geckos.
Store Policy
All of our geckos will be in optimal health and feeding well before being offered up for sale. Our Crested Geckos are fed a variety of Repashy flavours and live food.
A 20% deposit will be required to put any gecko on hold, and we will hold for a maximum of 4 weeks unless a longer hold period is discussed and agreed upon in advance. All deposits on our geckos are strictly non-refundable, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded in the form of credit towards another one of our geckos.
If for any reason we have to cancel the sale any payments made will be refunded in full.
Once your gecko has been paid for in full, you have committed to the sale and our terms.
After 24 hours we have a strict no refund policy, if in the extremely unlikely event you find a problem or imperfection with your gecko please contact us within 24 hours. Tail drop is a common occurrence in Crested Geckos, and so loss of tail will not warrant a full or partial refund. Every effort is made to socialise our geckos in order to reduce the risk of tail drop, and so far none have lost tails in our care, however these things can happen without warning and are out of our control.
Geckos sold as either male or female will have their sex guaranteed. If the gecko arrives and the sex is wrong please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence of this and we will arrange a return to ourselves, or a partial refund if you decide to keep the gecko. Unsexed or 'suspected' sexed geckos are not guaranteed.
We can courier across the UK and internationally at the buyer's expense, however international shipping is at the buyers own risk.
