Sorry, No Payment Plans. No holds without payment in full. No animal is considered sold until payment is received.
Shipping & Health Guarantee: $65.00 flat rate shipping within the continental U.S. FREE shipping over $1000.00. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. We ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Priority Overnight to your address, or to the nearest FedEx hub for pickup. We will always contact you before shipping. Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt, or it must be picked up at FedEx hub within 4 hours of arriving. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify us within the first 4 hours after delivery via email or by phone/text. In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will issue you a full credit excluding shipping charges towards any other animal we have available at that time, or you may use it towards a future purchase. We reserve the right to delay shipping if we feel it is too hot or cold to ship. All sales are final.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, PayPal, credit cards via Square (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Zelle, wire transfer, and postal money orders or checks (subject to bank clearance). All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Shipping costs are due at the time of payment, unless included in the purchase price.
