Store Policy
2024 Shipping Policy: We ship reptiles & amphibians via FedEx overnight ONLY. We highly recommend hub pickup, and this is REQUIRED for a live-arrival guarantee.
Reptiles & Amphibian Shipping Info:
Unfortunately, shipping reptiles is NOT CHEAP. Even with discounts, shipping will likely be $70-80USD to anywhere in the USA.
INVERTS:
Isopods & Springtails are shipped 2-day via UPS for a flat rate of $25. This can be upgraded if requested to Fedex 1 or 2 day at the cost of the buyer.
I accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, & Square Credit Card Payments (5% CC Fee with Square).
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS (For Reptiles/Amphibians):
To qualify for the live arrival guarantee (LAG), animals must be shipped to a FedEx hub for pickup. I currently ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next-day delivery. Delivery dates and schedule is subject to change based on weather, holidays, and FedEx operations. Payment must be made IN FULL before an animal is shipped. Animal payments are non-refundable. Although I will ONLY send out healthy animals who are suited to ship, I am not responsible for an animal's death after it's confirmed healthy arrival.
We REQUIRE live arrival proof within 1 hour of the animal's arrival. Please send a photo of the animal after pickup to 985-860-5820.
