We accept different forms of payment, i.e: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, just depends what works best for you! 100% morph guarantee! We ship via FedEx Overnight Shipping & Only to a FedEx Hub for pick up. Not during the holidays or Weekends!!!
If the gender isn’t posted, it’s because the reptile is too young to tell.

Over 20 Days & With a 25% Deposit, 30 Days with a 35% Deposit or 60 Days with a 50% Deposit.
NO REFUNDS!
We pack your order in the safest, most efficient way possible. All animal orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice or heat pack for the safety of the reptiles.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal! There are NO REFUNDS if shipping delays are due to weather.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or take back animals due to being skittish, scared, defensive or "aggressive". They need time to adjust and build a bond with.
DOA'S rarely occur, but please be aware that they CAN happen. If your animal is DOA, notify us within the hour of delivery *with photographs* and we will make it right, guaranteed! But because once an animal has left our facility we cannot guarantee how you are going to care for it. However, we can guarantee that it will be the correct animal. We cannot guarantee an animal after it has been in your care. Thank you!
