[Payment and Trades]
-NO sales outside of continental United States of America.
-Payment is to be sent through PayPal or Venmo. Order will not be shipped until payment is received in full. PLEASE NOTE: prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
-Trade offers will be entertained (unless stated otherwise). When trading, trade shipment is the responsibility of the proposer and animals sent for trade must prove healthy* before order will be shipped.
-Holds for animals will be honored for a 20% non-refundable deposit.
-Payment plans will be considered; however the hold will be NULLIFIED and the animal placed 'avaliable for sale' again if the seller reaches out to the buyer and no communication is established within 2 weeks.
[Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)]
-LAG ONLY applies with use of Overnight Delivery.
-Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of the box in order for the LAG to apply.
-Carrier delays or mishandling are not covered by LAG. Check your shipping information prior to sending it... if incomplete or incorrect address is provided and the package is unable to be delivered, the LAG is VOID and no refunds or replacements will be issued!
-In the event of DOAs (dead on arrival) when live arrival has been guaranteed, the animals will be replaced or cost refunded (if no replacements are available), but shipping fees must be paid again (and are not refundable).
-Proof of DOA is REQUIRED. VIDEO MUST BE TAKEN OF ENTIRE UNPACKING PROCESS.
-Notification of any DOAs must be sent to the seller within 2 hours of signature. You must provide video evidence within 24 hours.
-Order will not be shipped if temperatures are not within 50º - 80º Fahrenheit.
-$50.00 minimum shipping (domestic).
*Criminal Cresties must receive the proposed animal(s) for inspection first, upon which they will either send out their part of the trade or return the animal(s) back to the owner if any discrepancies or health issues are to be found.
