Refund Policy:
All details described in MorphMarkets refund policy will be honored unless other agreements are made. Deposits are non-refundable and usually 10% of the asking price but will be determined at our discretion. Within 4 hours of receiving the animal, the buyer must notify us of any issues regarding said animal. Shipping can be done Monday through Wednesday, but will be up to our discretion, with priority on the animal’s well-being. With the current demand on shipping companies, we choose to only ship to fedex ship centers, as the majority of delivery issues/delays occur while on the final truck. We will generally ship between temps of 38 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit but other factors may be taken into account to insure the safety of the animal.
The animal pictured is the exact animal for sale, unless stated otherwise (group sales). Sex, weight, and genetics are 100% guaranteed. We will do our best to provide the most accurate description of animals being sold, but as we are not impervious to mistakes, we will do everything we can to right any mistakes.
All sales are final.
